On E175 windows on many locations are in front or behind the windows. Same with some seats on A319.

Are you referring to the windows being misaligned with the seats? Yes, this definitely is annoying on the E175 aircraft (and CR9s too).

I’ve found the problem to be worse in the back of the plane, so always try to snag a seat towards the front.

OK, thanks for letting us know.

I suspect very few aircraft are furnished with precise seat/window alignment.

Some people complain about the SeatGuru website but some of the information on there is useful.
In particular, if members have complained about window seats with no windows or seriously misaligned windows, that's usually on there.
