Having a similar issue currently trying to book a RT flight MEX - PHL 8/7 - 8/21 and given a quote of $619 via GOOGLE Flights (11k pesos) when i go throguh the process takes me to AA MEXICO site, same price, enter in cc info but asking for country (MEXICO) and asks for a mexican address? I change it to US and everything resets, it takes me back to AA US site and price is now $672.

Or can I just enter in my US address in the MEXICO address info and hit purchase?

What is the address on your CC? As long as you don't falsify the address then there shouldn't be an issue - otherwise the only issue that would arise is your payment is declined due to the address not matching

Another FT member said just enter my address as I normally would with postal code, etc and disregard the country (MEXICO).

This worked fine... Flight booked! Thank you!

I am searching on google from India to US flight in business for month of June and which gives me a great rate - roughly $4300 RT but , same ticket on AA.com gives me about 2K more so I decided to book from google search, after selecting my flights I was redirected to bookaa.amadeus.com where it showed me same itinerary and same price but converted in Indian Rupee now. I filled out passenger information and ask for the payment window which popped separate payment window where I put my US issued credit card information but did not ask for my address or zip code. After few seconds it redirected back to booking page with error processing payment, I changed the credit card but same issue, I been trying over a week now but no luck. Fare Basis is showing same RLX0NDN5 code for all segments.

Any work around I can use to book same ticket?
Can I call CS and ask them to book same segments and Fare Basis? Would they able to bring the price I see on the google search?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks.

You may need to change your address (just the country) to the country of ticket issuance, in this case, India.

On payment screen? It does not ask me address or even zip code, how and where do I change it?

I'm not sure. I'll take a wild shot and say sign out and book without an account? It's probably pulling the address from your account.

I think it's likely getting your billing address/country from your credit card (after entering the number), and the cheaper fare offered is for India point of sale only. So your US credit card makes you ineligible to buy the fare.

You can try buying from an India-based travel agent or OTA and that might work.

Local travel agent can't find that low price :(
