Talking to a person
 

Calmed AA res earlier today and after holding took the callback option. Callback came and put us right back on hold. Still holding 50 minutes later. Any secret to talking to a person at AA?

I've had luck two ways Calling very early in the morning and I was out on hold for actually less time than indicated. The other option as French is my first language is calling the French service number. That's not for everybody but if you or have a family member fluent in a foreign language those numbers are picked up almost immediately when you call in the morning. Good luck!

This happened to me the other day at Southwest. Did the callback and system called me back only to have me wait another 20+ minutes.
