Thanks for the clarification, I know AA had closed the AC and consolidated it into the reduced service "Flagship Lounge" prior to closing. It does remain though that there are no Flagship Lounges open operating as such. It is, however, the nicest "AC Lounge" in the network. 😁

Also in that same newsletter it sounds like they’ll be giving AA branded sanitizing kits out in the ACs soon too.

Anyone aware of when Flagship Lounges or FFD will reopen?

Hoping it's a "when" and not an "if" for FFD, anyway...

When Int'l travel rebounds to a reasonable level is my guess. At 20% currently (and only schedule wise, not loads) and the future is blurry. , to say the least.

Bombay Sapphire is $9, down from $10.

LOL. Only nice to see T.G.? Sunny's feelings must be hurt

At DFW terminal C lounge now. Every customer is personally escorted to a seat away from others (luckily, there are very few people in here, and I just overheard one attendant say to another “we can admit two more people,” by which I assume they’re limiting occupancy pretty strictly). Bar service is open but I got a fight about getting my free bottle of water (premium drinks and bottled water are supposed to be free for me as a OWE). I did eventually get it. All the food is in prepacked snack boxes behind the bar—I’m not interested in eating that stuff, so didn’t ask for one. Glad I brought my own lunch for this trip. I’m happy the lounge is open, because it’s emptier than the gate areas and overall terminal. I do wish that the terminal D lounge was open though, since that’s where my gate is. Oh well.

Stopped by the CLT AC a couple of days ago. The agents up front were very friendly and helpful. They asked me if I had a preference on seating and I said I wanted something in the "state capitol rotunda" as I call it with an outlet. They found me something. Service is all at the bar and the line backs up into the main room as it did before all of this. Bar service was friendly and helpful and while everything is plastic if you ask for a double you get more alcohol than you used to:;

Snacks are decent enough though obviously not as filling as the soup/salad etc. used to be. But hey after close to three months in the terminal I'm just glad to have a lounge back.

Ha! I adore Sunny too! She was off that day, but T.G. told me she was in the day before (But you're right - the way I wrote it sounded bad!)

My wife & I stopped by CLT (C/D) yesterday morning just before 8am.
It was completely dead. Maybe 10 people other than us. Another 30 or so appeared close to 8:40am, right before we left.
As others have said, they let us chose some seats and escorted us.

We stopped at the bar and got some cokes, and grabbed the goodie bags. Our bags had crackers, skittles, rice crispy treats, a granona bar, and the bartender handed us some cold cheese in a little plastic tub.
These snacks came in handy because ... on our connecting flight from CLT-PHX, everyone on the plane got a "goodie bag" with a bottle of water, and some graham crackers. In F, we got the standard bev service in plastic cups, and no other snacks, other than the graham crackers in the bag. Coach got nothing other than their goodie bag. FA said under 4.5hrs - that the new standard. Our flight was just under that. FA told First to start contacting the airline if we want changes to be made...

interesting....I did PHL-PHX recently and in addition to the bag upon boarding there was also a fully stocked snack basket which was distributed a couple of times during the flight.

Does anyone know if the closure of bars in Texas has limited the offerings available at DFW admirals clubs? I will be there on Friday and was expecting to be able to receive a snack box and order alcohol. Thanks!

I was at a DFW club on Monday, and there was full bar service (and snack boxes available).
