Where to lodge complaints about Admirals Club closures

I am back to flying 2-3 times weekly, and have status with Qantas and Virgin Australia. Since I am recently based in ATL, I will be flying Delta and American.

Heading to CLT on AA this AM and to my surprise the AA ATL club is closed! Even worse the lady at the desk said it won't reopen for 3-4 months! With how busy the airport is now, that timeline is nuts.

I have another ticket on AA next week but can certainly get to my destinations via Delta with lounge access. And will probably do so. Lounge access is a big benefit, and Delta has blocked middle seats too, at least for now (I had upgraded to F on my AA flights to get more space).

I tried to see where I can lodge a complaint on the AA website and app, but I didn't see anything. Advice on the best way to constructively let AA know they are losing business with this move would be appreciated.

You're surprised a lounge is closed during a pandemic and you want to complain?🤣

Yes the ATL closure is mind boggling. From what the staff told me no shortage of members coming in asking when the club would re-open.

I've been going to lounges since September. Competitor lounges are open. Yes, I like to let businesses know when I have a reason to take my business elsewhere. Particularly if they think it's going to be months and not weeks.

AA has already factored in the brand damage caused by a lounge closure. Not worth the bandwidth to transmit the complaint even if you have an unlimited data plan.

The AA club at ATL has been my home club for the last 20 years plus.. known everyone who has worked there and still works there..
stopped by a few weeks ago just to say hello.. (there are open for help only)... told me to keep bothering AA to open it up.. but again
that is all we can do.. and I think most of us already know.. it will amount to nothing.. sadly

Notice what those all have in common? They are hubs.

AA has reopened all non hub ACs except for ATL, STL, EWR and PIT. EWR given the locked down nature of the NYC ok. PIT/STL small size airports and relatively small ACs. ATL big town, big airport.
