Targeted Citi AAdvantage Cardholders - 25% off flight up to 6 people
 
I received a rather non-descript letter in the mail the other day from Citi and almost tossed it out but when I opened it was pleasantly surprised to find a letter with an offer of 25% off an AA flight between now and May 20th. It’s even up to 6 passengers which is pretty generous. Valid to any AA destination and on any class of service! Anyone else get one of these?

I received the same letter last week. Book between 1/12/21 and 2/23/21. Valid for travel between 1/13/21 and 5/20/21. Flight must originate in the continental U.S.

This is irritating. I got the same letter but my discount is only 12%.

Got a letter today offering a balance transfer. Wonder if that was instead of this (much, much better) offer. If so, blah...

My balance transfer offer arrived yesterday. An amazing .99% promotional rate on transfers through 5/1/2022. :rolleyes:

Which AA Citi card(s) do you have? I've got their Exec World Elite card (which comes with the Admirals Club membership), and their Platinum card.
No offer for me ... but, the USPS has been horrible lately. So maybe there's hope.

I only have the Platinum one these days. I don’t really use it much either, I’ve been using my Delta Amex to build my Skymiles back up a bit.

Some additional datapoints, I am AA Gold but have not flown on AA at all since February of 2020 (been flying WN now).

Interesting. I have the exec, am EP, and use the card for pretty much every transaction I make.

Guess I need to play hard to get! :rolleyes:
