Well the food looks great.
that being said always a nice luxury touch to have it accompany a plastic cup, packet of nuts and S&P shakers that came from White Castle.

Luckily EK will be restarting their JFK-MXP service in July so hopefully that will give AA the kick in the pants it needs to return to normal service. If not, then it's a good alternative to the otherwise underwhelming TATL options.

Ability to choose vegetarian in advance in Y JFK/TLV?
My 17-yr old daughter will be flying JFK → TLV in Y later this month. She's vegetarian, but I can't find any option to choose this on her flight reservation. Does she just have to take her chances that there will be a non-meat option by the time they get to her?

Also due to obvious reasons, AA would definitely provide a non-meat option on that route.

First Class

Terrible ground service in GRU. All revenue F passengers were downgraded to J due to a supposed equipment swap two hours before departure, and then an hour later only nonrevs were cleared into F. No effort made by GRU ground staff to reaccomodate downgraded F passengers - some of whom remained in J - prior to clearing F nonrevs! Once onboard the F service was fantastic with an exceptional FA crew. GRU catering continues to be very good - my steak was perfectly medium-rare and quite tender. Meal options were same as J, but very happy to see the Flagship F wine list has been retained. The Piilipponnat Cuvee 1522 (2007 vintage) and the Blackbird Arise Napa Cab/Merlot red blend were incredible - both easily capable of holding their own on any airline's international F wine list.

There was a snack basket on this 49 minute flight. Sorry no photo I was half asleep and it was dark but there’s hope.

Anyone know what "Dinner" is in both cabins on these runs? I've noticed that JFK/DFW-Close-In South America (Colombia, Guyana, Ecuador) all appear to have a scheduled meal service in Y and J despite being against AA current COVID meal policy. I would assume fresh bites in J and then cold tray meal in Y?

So can some wine expert help me here.
What is “coplex” flavor? Is that good? A fruity or melon flavor?
Did coplex win any awards?
I am a wine dud, but that struck me as funny.

Generally speaking its used as a term to say that there are many different flavors or aromas one can smell or taste.

It’s what happens when someone sends the menu to print without the correct level of proofreading.
