How far ahead is the schedule "firm"?

Hello everyone,

I understand equipment swaps happen, but how far ahead is the schedule "firm"? End of Jan? End of Feb?

I plan to travel second week of Feb, as happy to wait a couple weeks if we think there may be a large scale schedule update.

Thanks,

Thanks,
I believe February's schedule update was done this past weekend. January's was a done a week later last month (Nov 21-22), but they may have done February's earlier so they can focus on the holidays (and deal with what's likely a good bit of PTO after a s***show of a year in the scheduling department).

They had previously updated Jan through Feb 10th back in November -- https://www.airliners.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1454491. Based on OAG Changes post from today, they have now loaded cuts through the rest of February -- https://www.airliners.net/forum/view...?f=3&t=1455253
Note that some of the frequency numbers in the OAG Changes post are apparently off due to a bad OAG load of AA data and the cuts on a number of routes in February aren't quite as dramatic as suggested by the post.

Thanks,
When the plane lands at its destination. Any time before that there is a possibility of an equipment swap.
