Yup. Its been on its way out for a while. They sold G-EUNB a few years ago and loads on the single plane were fairly paltry even before Covid.

Getting this thread back on track -- I remember the first time I saw live TV -- a Virgin America flight, IAD to LAX, and it made me wonder "what took so long for this technology!" Didn't realize that it would be expensive enough for the bean counters to eliminate it, though...

B6 has had it basically since their inaugural flight.

with them ripping out the screens they have installed, I wondered why they even kept this feature anyway. It seemed like a novelty, but overall won't really affect me

The live TV works on your personal device on planes without seatback screens which is when it was most helpful being stuck on LUS equipment.

I wonder how much more the gogo inflight live TV component was.
