AA Executive Platinum rewards? Combined, or separated?

AA Executive Platinum rewards? Combined, or separated?
So I am at the middle of the second and the third reward. As all of your accounts were updated, I had the choice to the first reward, but not the higher reward yet. Would they just give one overall or they would give two depending on your milestone?
