AA Resuming CLT-LHR/MUC on July 7, 2020 with 777-200ER
Just loaded in. Now available for booking on aa.com, but Premium Economy isn't available yet for LHR (changes still being updated).
When CLT-LHR/MUC resumes on July 7, the 777-200ER will be utilized for both routes through October 23 when the routes revert to A333/A332 respectively. (CLT-MUC A333 on October 24, then changes to A332 onwards). This will be the first scheduled AA 772 service for CLT. https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...2025e237c.jpeg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...0c001c935.jpeg |
Too bad Octoberfest was canceled in Munich
|
I never understood the fascination of Oktoberfest.
Not getting served, without having a seat in the tents; that's annoying! I've always favoured other German funfairs, where you can just walk up to a stand and buy your drinks right there. The freedom of choice makes that way more appealing. |
When? More likely "if" on July 7.
|
Reverts to A330? I thought that they were now being retired.

AA still needs to work a few things out. There’s some 763s scheduled for PHL-MIA in July and on Oct. 25 MIA-BSB is scheduled for the 752, assuming AA already retired them. |
Very excited that my home of CLT will get a 777 for I believe the first time!
Safe Travels |
I prefer the 777 in biz but the A330 is definitely AA's best Y seat - and config.

Everything’s still subject to change. The October schedule will likely be updated later.

Seems timed for the MUC business crowd -- a 6:35 TATL arrival is pretty rough, even in J, unless you need to be in the office.
And given the lack of visitors to the Wies'n this fall, I would not be surprised to see this trimmed to an earlier end date than the S19 IATA season. |
AA could hope and dream I guess
