Peace of mind for your travel

The safety and well-being of our customers and team members remains our highest priority.

Weíre working around the clock to care for you on your travel journey, and we know youíre concerned about your trip.

Don't worry, the value of your ticket is safe

If you're not traveling (or supposed to travel) in the next 72 hours, there's no need to call us right now. You can cancel your trip online and call later when youíre ready to rebook, including Basic Economy tickets.

To provide you with more flexibility and control we have waived change fees for certain dates of travel.

If you:

  • Bought your ticket before March 1, 2020, for travel through May 31, 2020, you can rebook without change fees.
  • Booked your trip March 1 Ė April 15, 2020, for all future travel, you can also change your reservation at a later date without change fees.
Please contact your travel agent for help if you didn't book directly with us.

Your trip

If youíre scheduled to travel before April 15, 2020, but canít get through to Reservations, we will honor all changes and the value of your ticket if you donít take your flight as planned.

Donít worry about calling Reservations now. You can call when you're ready to rebook.

You're allowed to make a change to your trip once, and the change fee will be waived. You can cancel your trip online and call later when youíre ready to rebook, including Basic Economy tickets.

Keep in mind, you may owe any difference in ticket price when you rebook your trip.

Some U.S. states have announced new requirements including a 14-day quarantine when you arrive. We recommend checking with the state you're traveling to before your trip.

Visit the travel alerts page for information about rebooking as waivers are based on destination and dates of purchase.

Mods, please feel free to merge - not sure where this goes as it covers so much ground.

Includes illustrations on changing or cancelling an existing reservation, including Basic Economy, and information on rebooking. Links to other current related issues. IMHO, nicely done.
