They do not count as Loyalty Points. (The bonus, or the 25%)

They did have a new mileage savings account offer for 5K LPs, which ended mid-December.
that offer explicitly stated you would earn 5K LPs.
(I am expecting mine to post this month)

Finally getting around to doing my taxes, and I have two 1099-INTs from CITI- One is for my standard interest on Mileage Savings account, and the other is for "Bank Promotions" for an amount of $392.00, which I am thinking is for the CITI Mileage Savings account opening bonus?
I opened this account in July, and received a 40K mileage bonus, then dropped the balance down to 15K to get the extra 25% bonus miles per monthly CITI credit card statement. Does this seem correct?

Any data points confirming that the 25% bonus posted OK on the Citi Business AA card? TIA.
