I would be worried about having that flight at all.
It seems questionable, that international travel has bounced back until early June.
And thinking of the costs of a station opening, of an outstation considered to be on a high threat level, I would even doubt that the route will return in 2020.

I believe my first AA 767-300 was in 1995 from LAX-JFK. It was as last minute swap for a 767-200 and I remember the safety card was printed "767-323" and for years after I thought I'd flown some special plane that no other airline had. I flew a bunch later on as we took yearly trips to Paris as a family and JFK-ORY was always a 763. My first ever TATL J was on a 763 in 1998 on AA 44 JFK-ORY in fact.
My log (2002-Present) only has 13 AA 763s so they aren't that important a part of my flying life but my first ever Op-Up was on one. I was a brand new AA Platinum in 2003 (at all of 17 years old) and both me and my companion were upgraded to J on a JFK-SJU flight as I had the highest status in Y.
It would have been nice if there had been a farewell akin to the MD-80s or at least something special for this plane.

Curious what they’re planning to replace the 757 with until the A321XLR comes online. Or are they just planning to dump a bunch of intercontinental secondary markets for a while?

When did those lie-flat-seats get installed, e.g. how long is/was their life-cycle?

I need to be in Orlando for a 1 PM immigration court hearing on 4/14. I've decided to drive 3.5 hours to CHO so I can fly CHO-PHL-MCO with PHL-MCO on a 767-300. I'm really hoping we're close enough to the date that they won't swap it out so cross your fingers for me.

I have my doubts whether that flight will be on a 767. April skd changes are planning to be loaded this weekend and with the steady stream of 767s heading to ROW, I think that 767s will be gone from the skd that loads this weekend.
but for your sake, I hope I am wrong...

Interesting, CLT basically only runs 332/3s. I wonder if that means they're getting 788s.

A332 will stay. The rumour is about the NINE A333 which AA extended the retirement once few years ago. I would like to guess CLT may continue to have A332, while B788 will be heading to PHL. At some times in future CLT may see B788 or B772, but only on LHR route (I am guessing here).
