Premium Economy not showing as bookable

Premium Economy not showing as bookable
Checking various itins for a work trip to TLV later this year. Plenty of AA metal over the pond to various EU cities with connections to El Al, but none of the AA flights are showing PE (Premium Econ) as an option, only Y and J. These are on aircraft with a PE cabin e.g. 332, 788/9, 772/3.

Am I doing it wrong?

I did some test searches on AA site, e.g. DFW-LHR-TLV, PE showed up no problem.

Its possible that AA doesnt have PE fares in some markets loaded when an El Al codeshare is involved.

That looks like the problem. Everything showing up ATL-TLV involves El Al for the TLV leg. If I remove the TLV segment I can get PE to show up on ATL-CLT/PHL/DFW-xxx where xxx=some city in Europe served by AA and El Al.

So how can I buy a PE seat on AA metal that has a PE cabin if I'm going to Israel? Or do I buy main cabin and burn miles to upgrade the transatlantic legs?
