JL / JAL award showing available on BA but not bookable on AA
BA shows business saver award availability for A=>B=>C. AA does not show availability online, and 3 separate phone agents couldn't see/book it either.
But AA does show saver business availability for the individual flights, ie A=>B and B=>C. Don't want to book these legs separately as that costs 10k more miles. Is this a known issue and are there workarounds? Thanks! |
