Can I earn AA EQDs on a cheap Seaborne flight out of SJU?

Can I earn AA EQDs on a cheap Seaborne flight out of SJU?
If I book a flight on Seaborne / Silver Airways on silverairways.com, is there any way to earn AA EQDs for that flight?
I can book SJU-STT on silverairways.com for $65-75, but if I book the same flight on aa.com it costs $926. I'm guessing that means that the Silver/Seaborne site purchase will earn me zero EQDs - is that correct, or would I get a handful?
But if I book SJU-EIS the prices are much less absurd - $164 on AA.com vs $147 on silverairways.com, and AA.com clearly reports that I would earn $138EQDs.
I'm asking because I may need a very few extra EQDs to make Gold for next year...

So no, you would not earn miles, unless it has the AA marketed flight.

Travel ticketed as an American Airlines marketed flight (booked as an AA flight number) and operated by Seaborne Virgin Islands will earn AAdvantage® award miles, Elite Qualifying Miles (EQMs), Elite Qualifying Segments (EQSs) and Elite Qualifying Dollars (EQDs) according to the American mileage accrual chart.
