PPro - working my way to EXP
Last year I had a GOLD.
This year I am currently a Platinum Pro at $10,130 EQD and 88K EQM. I have enough to push me over in terms of EQM but I will fall short of EQD by $1000. Any suggestions?
I do not see any offers currently on my profile.

I’m about 1500 miles short of EXP (already readied EQD) and AA wants $1500/120k miles . Comparing to other posters here, it seems pretty random. And a quick day trip to just about anywhere will be cheaper.

Currently EXP with 12.6k EQD and 81k EQM. No offer. I’m going to hit EXP in two weeks anyhow. Not that I’d take a buy up offer regardless.
The wife is currently PLT, but won’t even qualify for Gold this year. Her numbers are very low (maybe 2k EQD and 25k EQM, or less). Her offer is $769 for Gold or $1,479 for PLT.
Definitely going to pass on this offer too. The pricing actually isn’t too bad for her, but it’d be a waste because she doesn’t fly enough to get anywhere near that much value from it.
And it’s eco friendly! I’m sure there’s a marketing angle in there somewhere...

Currently ExP. Have 73,308 EQMs and 12,280 EQDs. (So I am only 1,692 miles from Plat Pro and way over with the EQDs.) The [ridiculous] offer they have made me to get to Plat Pro is:
$1,195 or 119.5K miles. I'll make it on miles in 10 days. It will be interesting to see what the offer is to get to ExPlat once I complete that travel.

No offer for me right now (not that I would’ve bought up anyway)...
PLT, 7130 EQD, 54449EQM.... Will probably end up around 8500 EQD, 65,000 EQM.
not sure why I’m deemed not valuable enough for an offer.

Exactly....AA knows the price of a a typical dollar spend on a mileage run. They know that people will spend money on top of that to avoid losing a day to being stuck in a plane for a day. Plus AA doesn't have the expenses of carrying that person on a plane, fuel etc. Plus they get to sell the seat to someone else. It's quote profitable for AA and it frees you up for a day.. I bet people who have status are likely to value time, as they have money to burn.....

I have overqualified on EQD and need less than 1,00 EQM that I'll be getting this weekend. Right now they want $1,495 or 149.5k miles to get back to EXP.
