Fare Class impossible to price with given MPM

Fare Class impossible to price with given MPM
KTM-WAS V FARE BASIS BK FARE TRAVEL-TICKET AP MINMAX RTG 1 INE0Y8N3
/VIA THE PACIFIC/
MPM 9597 MILEAGE SYSTEM APPLIES BETWEEN ORIGIN AND DESTINATION
MILEAGE SYSTEM APPLIES ORIGIN TO DESTINATION
TICKETED POINT DEDUCTION OF 800 MILES APPLIES WHEN TRAVEL IS VIA HNL
TICKETED POINT DEDUCTION OF 2000 MILES APPLIES WHEN TRAVEL IS VIA DFW OR LAX
MPM rules for a KTM-WAS ticket. Must be via Pacific with the TPAC sector on AA.
The max MPM seems to make it impossible to construct this given fare, as any possible routing will be a violation of the MPM from what I searched.
If anyone can provide some insight, that will be great.

Don’t forget about the ticketed point deduction. You could fly KTM-HKG-DFW-WAS which is 11,140 miles. With the 2000 mile deduction for routing via DFW or LAX, it’s fared as 9,140.

Thank you for all of your help! I previously priced out KTM-HKG-LAX-JFK-DCA RT for 2050USD and 47K EQM, looking to replicate that again
