I won't wait for the OP to come back. They have a record of starting threads then not bothering to respond to posts / answer questions.

I am not a regular AA flyer but I guess in the last 5 years I've done aound 15-20 sectors - international and domestic - and not once have I ever seen an AA employee treat a passenger with anything other than respect and politness no matter their apparent ethnic origin.

I wish some passengers recriprocated that behaviour.

Do incidents happen - of course they - do but there are incidents of this nature on all airlines so you'd soon end up with no airlines to fly on.

For heaven's sake. I was merely being silly. No popcorn please.

Darling - I never eat the stuff - a moment on the lips etc. Sorry, I honestly took you at face value. Be kind with the credulous.

I wish more people flushed twice going #2 . Courtesy flush (at least one, maybe multiple especially as the bulk hits the bowl) and the last one after you're al done to clear it and have it ready for the next person.

Someone going #2 and sitting in there...while the stench builds and floats outside...why?

700 odd flights in the last 6 years and zero incidents that I have been part of, or witnessed. I've dealt with a couple of racist passengers and the TSA thinks I need secondary screening, but not with AA or any airline.

And I'm tall, brown and have a beard. Basically the holy trifecta of profiling targets.

You should always flush twice. It's a long way to the galley.

What about a long sustained hold rather than two timed flush button presses?

I think something is being missed here. This incident was not on AA mainline. It was on regional contractors. In this case Mesa Air.
So let's try to keep the facts in focus. YMMV

True, but for everyone other than FT, Mesa operating under an American Eagle livery is American Airlines.

So fair or not, AA will end up dealing with the blowback.

Will take AA any day over DL even if it involves a connection. I can't stand the atrocity that is SkyPesos.

Yes, but you need to understand which company is flying the plane. I do think it is unfair to blame AA main line for what a contractor does. As always YMMV.
