Can be a little confusing coming from LHR, because for now, AA's Flagship First Lounge at LHR is indeed restricted to F and OWE pax. Elsewhere the Flagship Lounges have been converted (or new ones added) with J and OWS pax allowed access as well. This will happen at LHR as well eventually. The good news is since you're flying out to T3, you'll have a very nice selection of J lounges to sample. AA, BA, CX, and QF.
