Won't it be the same as the A321NEO, since the idea is to have all the A321's and all the 737's to have an identical configuration within their respective fleets?

Not quite, since the A321neo will have one extra row for six more seats. It otherwise should generally be the same, although placement of exits/bathrooms might be a bit different.

Also, the post-Oasis A321s have 20 seats in F, instead of 16.
