Creative/Cheap ways to earn an extra 2,600 EQM?

So, I have calculated that with my remaining travel in 2019, I will finish with 197,433 EQM. Obviously there's no point in coming that close to 200k and not doing a MR to earn the two extra SWU certs. I am NYC based, looking for suggestions on a cheap sameday MR that would allow me to fly in early AM on AA, see the city for a few hours then pop back to NYC. Most importantly would need to bring in the 2,567 EQM I need either on a cheap coach ticket or a shockingly cheap first fare that's shorter distance but earns 2x EQM. Struggling to think of places that will have cheap AA flights, enough frequencies to let me come in early AM and return late, are worth checking out, and are far enough away to get me the needed EQM. Ideas? Thx!

Better suited for the mileage run forum, I suppose.

It's AA specific, and the MR forum is for posting MR deals, not asking for assistance.

MR forums have plenty of specific airline threads. 2600 miles = 1300 miles each way. If you dispense with the "sightseeing" part, you can get EWR-MIA flights for abut $190 round trip. Three hours on the ground.

I'd look in the MR forum. Unless you do a West Coast turn there's not a whole lot from NYC in terms of a direct flight that would get you 2.6K EQM as LGA is perimeter controlled. Maybe something like LGA/DFW/IAH, LGA/DFW/AUS or LGA/DFW/SAT all in one day.

NYC-MIA-NYC mixing in 500 min with PHL or DCA as layovers should be fine

I prefer direct. I mean NYC-DFW-NYC same day is easy enough and gets the job done, but it's boring and I was just recently in Dallas, so was hoping to find something a bit more interesting. Oh well.

Fly to LAX in the AM, have lunch in Manhattan Beach and come back on the last afternoon flight if you want to do something other than see airports.

JFK-AUS-JFK? Seeing $250s same day weekends in November
(This excludes city sightseeing, enjoy the airport!)

One that comes to mind is Las Vegas. I think there is a direct flight from JFK, albeit in the afternoon (a night in Vegas isn't the worst thing). Otherwise if you can drive down to PHL you'd have more options with direct flights - Denver, Phoenix, a few major cities on the west coast.
