Need customer service contact for VIASAT
 
My paid internet cut out halfway through a flight last week on a PDX-PHX run and I cannot find the customer service phone number or email address for this new company anywhere to contact them about my experience.

Can someone provide this please?

Why not contact Viasat using the information provided by AA on its website?

Viasat

  • Choose "Contact Us” on the inflight Wi-Fi portal or through the Viasat Passenger Care portal at https://inflight.viasat.com
  • Call 1-888-649-6711 (toll-free)
The inflight Wi-Fi portal will display “Service provided by Viasat”
Your credit card statement charges will appear as ”VIASAT IN-FLIGHT WIFI 888-649-6711 CA”

I was not able to locate that.

I had a problem where it didn't work and emailed them. There was no reply but a credit showed up on my credit card statement.

Just hit the "chat with us" button on the site.

They issued me a voucher which showed up in my email in less than 60 seconds. :)

That's assuming their service is working well enough for the chat function to work ....

That is the reason I had to contact them today; I tried that on the flight itself but it kept timing out.
