The flight number, AA18, is very clever.
But will they run the flight on the high holidays and get a better kosher caterer?

Tongue in cheek jab at the ex-TWA workers still wanting their $18M in severances? 🤓

Or maybe we're all thinking too hard and it's simply the sum of 9+9 (9/9 start date)

Loving this schedule, especially the TLV-DFW flight, which will be the earliest US bound flight out of TLV.

+1

Was relieved to see it’s the only PM US departure to leave before 11pm. Very nice.

Yes, I'm actually agree with you. That's much better. They don't have wait until midnight flight anymore. The flight is departed at 10pm instead of 12am. Those passengers will sleep on the plane. They should be just fine.

Very nice. I was expecting this, but not before the route launched. Early sales and booking demand must looks good.

Very nice. Let's see how it goes. If this route has done very well, I believe they should be great.

Actually, 14th largest in the US. There are several metropolitan areas with substantially larger Jewish populations, including Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia and Phoenix, which do not have non-stop service to TLV.

Actually, they tried PHL-TLV years back, but they couldn't have enough profitability. They losing the money. Which is why this route has been discontinued.
