I wonder what he could be arrested for? Trespassing? I suppose AA could cancel his AAdvantage account and/or ban him. And ESAs are the problem? ;) |

I just noticed that nut wack is in an exit row. Not the person I'd like to count on in case of an emergency. I also like at the end when the flight attendant is escorting her and she puts her hand on top of her head in desperation. LOL |

IANAL but my understanding is that some jurisdictions permit domestic abuse to be prosecuted even if the victim declines to press charges. With all those witnesses and video, this case would seem to be a clear candidate, although if the guy didn't require medical care, maybe it's not considered "severe enough." |
