My vote is for Qantas. The gin bar was great and the food, while limited, was tasty. However, the staff was awesome. The lounge was nearly deserted when I was there, and the team members went out of their way to ensure I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would return there in a heartbeat.

I would rate CX highly and BA less so.
The noodle thing is less about the food and more an integral part of the CX branding, a commonality that ties together all of their facilities. And, of course, it is comfort food to their home customers.
Never have had this issue. The BA T3 F lounge agents on the other hand...

I really appreciate the peacefulness of it and enjoy having a late breakfast at the (usually very empty) dining room overlooking the runway.
With so few people there, seems it is easy to keep the space clean and comfortable for everybody.
Just checked this video of the CX lounge.
But will check it out next time I can. And will skip the noodles as I am on Paleo for now.
(Of course the AA lounge is a joke, not even worth discussing it).

Every time I read about the CX lounge, noodles are mentioned.
Respectfully, I really don't care about noodles and that's why I have never cared to check the CX lounge out.
For someone that doesn't care about the noodles or dim sum. How would you rate T3 CX/BA/QA F lounges in each of these categories:
1) Crowdedness/ available seating
2) Seating comfort
2) Quietness
3) Natural light/runways views
4) Cleanliness (particularly, picking up previous pax dishes/glasses/etc).
?

YMMV, and IMHO, food and drink trumps view. And even if you detest noodles and dim sum, LHR CX dining is the best. Perhaps they get ragged at on the CX forum because “The Wing” and the other F lounge are one of the best F Lounges (SN, MH is hidden gem, JL Sakura NRT, ...) on the planet, and LHR isn’t as good as HKG. But it’s the best in T3 LHR.
Enjoy the view.

My normal T3 approach (you don't need to limit yourself to one lounge)
QF: For shower and coffee.
CX: For food and best overall lounging environment
AA: To get boarding passes with PreCheck printed on it if I need them; and to fill up a bag of candy and grab a bottle of water for the flight.
BA: Basically never - the F lounge is a rundown zoo

I’ve never had an issue re access to CX fc lounge. I’m 77 years old now and if seats are too close to the ground, getting up is an issue for me—CX seats ARE too close to the ground.
PS; CX related issues will no longer affect me since i’ve quit flying AA

I'm not getting why AA's product at LHR is so inferior. Every 1W carrier in T3 seems to have a premium lounge, while AA (unless you're in International F) only has the Admiral's Club. I know a FL is being "planned" but planning IMHO sounds like "it may happen when we get around to it.....maybe in three years".

i go to the AA lounge so they can do the Security Questions - which are often more gentle with than at the gate.
Then I tend to go to CX if I want some decent fresh food.
