Yeah I seem to be at the opposite end of most people as well. I'm at just over 70k EQMs and at $14k in spend. I had one international paid J roundtrip and another coming up which keeps the spend high. I also seem to have some varying domestic flights. I have my share of 3k EQM trips that cost $300 and then I had a 3k EQM trip last week that cost $900. Just depends when I'm booking mostly.

I've also seen upgrades a bit more frequently lately although pretty much any hub to hub still has me anywhere from 5-10 on the UG list at the gate.

I'd be curious what the EQS count is too. Its the short last minute flights that rack up the EQD.

I'm at 17k EQD, 73 EQS and 140k EQM. The EQM is boosted by trips to PVG, SYD, NRT and MAD that cost a grand total of 1500 dollars. Its those last minute domestic flights that cost a fortune.

I'm flying quite a bit less this year. I'm at 67,849 EQM, 27 EQS but only 5,854 EQD. With my current planned travel, by September I will have easily cleared 100k EQM but will be at about 8-9K EQD. Probably going to need to do CX SFO-HKG-AKL or something like that in W to retain with the minimum spend going up to 15K

The reverse of this is also interesting: most EQDs without hitting the EXP EQM requirement.

Similar here; I will be around $9K and 50K EQM this weekend and should roughly double those numbers for the year. Not much domestic Y flying so I have no idea where I am on UG lists.

I'll end up this year probably 110K EQM tops and 18K spend. Just enough to secure 4 SWU's and my rightful place in 7A

You also forgot that you will be number 1,834 on the upgrade list!

Agreed. That ratio has been really consistent for me over the past few years with about 5,000 EQM's per EQS.

Back in the day my goal was to hit 25,000 EQMs in a year (or what ever US Airways called it) and spend less than $1,000 doing it. Managed to do that a couple times.

At the end of my next trip I’ll be at 90k miles and 8k EQD. The 3k from Barclays will bring me up to 11. I suppose I’m going for plat pro spend with EXP miles

I'm at 105K EQM and $11K EQD right now (15 EQS). I have a couple more TATL trips, and should get $6K / 10K from the Barclays card before the year is over. So I should land around 130-140K EQM and $19-$20K EQD. Just enough to be ahead of enviorian on the UG list.

If you don't mind me asking, which partners/routings and rough cost? Always looking for cheap J routings.
