I may have asked if they could then please make me a reservation for tomorrow at some fancy restaurant that normally has a 3 month waiting list. Isn't that what they do??

But that would be hilarious if OP actually did play dumb, and start asking about concierge services.

I have a friend who worked up and qualified for the honor. Eventually changed careers, but still has some incredible contacts. I can assure you he would NOT behave like this CK..

There are jerks but fortunately we don’t have to deal with them all the time.
However if you want to play the game I would have looked at the bag under the seat and called the FA to report that someone from the previous flight may have forgotten their bag. Let the mannerless person explain themselves to the FA and politely ask the customer to remove the bag and place in the overhead bin. If having underseat storage is extremely important suggest the customer to avoid booking seat 8B in the future on a large regional jet plane.
This behavior by the CK is equally as rude as those customers who does not like their seat assignment and chose to proactively sit in a different seat before asking if the other customer wouldn’t mind switching.

So the other day I boarded a flight on a CRJ-700. My go-to seat on that plane is 8A, which is the first coach row after First Class. Because of the transition from the 1:2 First to 2:2 coach there is not a seat in front of 8B, and thus no under-seat storage space. I get to my seat, and find that the gentleman in 8B has completely filled the storage space in front of my seat. I put my stuff in the bin and then told him that he'd put his stuff in my spot. The first words out of his mouth were, "I'm a Concierge Key. Do you know what that means?" A tirade followed, the gist of which was that he could put his stuff in any spot on the aircraft he felt like putting it. Called me a jerk for, I guess, having had the audacity to say something to him.
Can any CK confirm whether this is, in fact, a benefit of your status?
Would have put this in the DYKWIA thread but it looks like it got locked for some reason.

Perhaps with being granted entrance to "The Secret Society" comes a DYKWIA card and attitude. While many CK remain like us, others treat it like they are the British aristocracy, forced to travel with the "common folk".
Case in point: :AA2683 4/28/19 SFO-DFW CK announcement to board. Out of the back of the pack come two millenials, who PUSH AND SHOVE their way through stating "Concierge Key coming through. Make way. Conciege Key coming through.".

If you are sitting in 8a storage space under the seat in front of you is yours. Overhead bins are shared space but space under the seat in front of you only belongs to you, not the person in 8b. I would remove his stuff and put my backpack there. I would still remove his stuff even if I didn’t have carry on so I can freely stretch my legs all the way under the seat

Same type of entitled asshats who see my backpack in the overhead (when in the bulkhead) and consider it carte blanche to put anything they want on top or move it anywhere they feel like.

I'd have used my feet to address the problem. The space in front of 8A is for 8A to stretch out in. Don't like my paw prints on your bag? Then move your stuff, "oh great CK"...

And failure to do move them, I would have extended my feet regardless. Free footstool.

"Oh, was there something breakable in there? Was that the sound of your laptop case cracking?"
