Yes. I've moved most of my flying to DL. Even without the schedule cut, a tired old 737 without IFE is no match for DL's Delta One seats. Between JFK and SEA, two of the four nonstops each way are usually on lie-flats.
In general with the direction AA is headed from a customer service and onboard product (domestic) point of view, even as a CK, DL feels like a better option

I was hoping to go to the CK event in Dallas but couldn't make time. I may send an email to the Concierge Key email and see what response I get
This is true, and that's fine as it is a different product. AA didn't even present such a product as an option. Personally, I feel it was a bad idea for AA to not create a version of the 321T without the F class - IMO, it would have been perfect for routes like JFK-SEA/SAN, LAX-BOS/DCA and MIA-SFO.
Also worth point out that with DL, of the two flights a day in each direction on lie-flats, only one is D1 service and has D1 pricing. The other flight generally tends to be in the $500-650 range one way

This drawdown at JFK for DCA and SEA flying comes at a horrible time for me as I need both of those flights. I'll be checking out the AS flight... with no status.

It’s better to fly Delta from SEA to JFK anyway due to the excellent Delta SkyClub
AA claims to travel to important business markets from JFK, so hard to see how they can totally abandon JFK to SEA. AA has long been uncompetitive on the route in terms of schedule and on plane experience versus Delta, B6 and I presume Alaska and United (when including Newark). AA could theoretically add one or two transcon A321 planes on the route, but they have chosen to do this from Boston to California instead of JFK to SEA, showing where their priorities lie. AA cancelled their DEN flight due to low yields, I don’t see SEA going the same way, but it could stay at a reduced frequency as AA doesn’t seem to have a way to make it more profitable.

SFO/LAX are top destinations from BOS. SEA has zero, count them, zero transcon destinations in their top 10, not even NYC. SFO, LAX and BOS are all bigger metros than SEA. I think their priorities are "make money flying our premium products where people want to fly them', and BOS-CA is clearly higher up than SEA-JFK on that list.

The AS-AA partnership is pretty useless for this route thanks to the DOJ imposing conditions due to the AS purchase of VX. "Great, you can fly AS on SEA-JFK, get no benefits, and it's not codeshared. Enjoy, AA elites!"
It's a pretty "duh" decision.

Correct, and not to come off as a B6 fanboy (I'd never flown B6 before flying Mint on this route a few weeks ago) but they offer flat beds, the chance at a single suite for no upcharge, and they price in the 500-600 range one way on every flight on this route for all of their flights. I've done both DL and B6 on this route and while DL has a better ground experience in that the A gates DL Skyclub is one of the best domestic lounges IMO, I'm not interested in the SykPeso and I don't arrive early to SEA usually so given the choice of DL or B6 for SEA-JFK I'd take B6 100% of the time, even if DL is the same price.
international). And yes, I find SkyPesos worthless. But so are most other airline miles.

Compensation for Major Itinerary Change
I booked a ticket for a direct SEA-JFK flight earlier this month for a trip I'm taking in August. Today, I called AA for a matter unrelated to my itinerary, and when I gave my flight locator to the agent, she told me there was a "Schedule Change" -- not just a slight shift in time, but the addition of a connection in CLT that would bring me back to a different NYC area airport 5 hours later than the flight I was ticketed for and no more direct flights to NYC from Seattle. The connection and additional time mean I would need to miss an additional day of work on top of taking on an inconvenience I avoided at time of booking, and now flights on other airlines are significantly more expensive than they were at the time I booked on AA. On top of this, I used an eVoucher they gave me when they made a royal mess of my last flight, and the flight is going to go from being free to a $300+ additional expense because they will only put the refund back on the eVoucher, which is expiring soon anyway and I don't have other travel plans I can put this towards. I did buy travel insurance, but to sure if this situation is covered. Anyone have experience with something like this? Did AA make it up to you in any way?
