AA has posted in the AAdvantage - Iberia miles earning page the following that applies as of 1 November 2017 (link):
Flights to and from Cuba are not currently eligible for Elite Qualifying Credits or award mileage accrual or redemption.
Beginning November 1, 2017, travel on any flights marketed by Iberia and operated by Iberia for LEVEL (IB2600 – IB2699) won't be eligible for AAdvantage mileage accrual. AAdvantage members will continue to earn miles on LEVEL flights marketed as American Airlines codeshare flights.

LEVEL earning on AA updated for BCN-LAX/OAK?
All of the publicly-posted threads here and blog articles note that as of Nov 1st, AA stopped crediting any miles for flights taken on LEVEL. However, the below is now on the AA earning page for Iberia (not sure when it was added). This means that even if the premium economy tickets book into E or T for the BCN-LAX/OAK flights, they would be eligible for 100% base miles and 1.5 EQMs based on the current Iberia chart. Does anyone have experience with this actually crediting? Thanks!

In fact, the time period is an expandable table for IB earning (the new table is to add PE), not for LEVEL flights (so the 2 LEVEL flights between May 1 and Oct 31 should still earn AA credits). Not sure why AA did not expand it by default; similar problems with other partners tables.

Does anybody know if you still can't earn miles on LEVEL?
AA's website is a bit unclear... https://www.aa.com/i18n/travel-info/...nes/iberia.jsp
Did the LEVEL mileage embargo end on September 18, 2018?
Also-do I get lounge access as a PLT flying LEVEL? Flying them MXP-BCN-BOS.
