2019 AA Membership card / kit issues, delivery, questions, etc.
I re-qualified for Exec Plat on 11/30/18 but have not yet received my 2019 membership card; AA claims they were sent out on 2/1/19. Are other Exec Plat members also waiting for their cards? And is there a way to download the card on to the (Android) AA App?

I didn’t even earn Gold last year (after 17 years as EP), so by default I became (lifetime) Platinum 31 Dec 2018. No card, nada, yet. The fulfillment houses AA chooses are often slow.

Mobile app card
Hi— can anyone tell me how I can add my virtual card to Apple Wallet? I have the AA app, but I don’t see any indication as to how to add the card. Has anyone had a similar problem?
I just recently qualified for status, but I can’t imagine that’s a problem given that my plat status shows up in-app (and I got an email about it). Thanks!
