Call and add it ahead of time, so you don't have to worry about remembering at the gate. Multiple FF numbers in the record are fine, as long as they're associated with the correct segments.

My error. I’m still between cataracts surgery and corrective lenses. AA to any airline due to an involuntary reroute is always up for ORC. I was suggesting if the OP goes to Lufti and gets rerouted, rather than going to AA for reaccommodation, no ORC would be due. So my counsel is don’t ask LH to reaccommodate at LHR, go to AA.
