Can you upgrade J to F on 321T using 'stickers'
Hi I'm booked in J on the 321T from BOS-LAX in April. Can you use 500 mile upgrades to upgrade to F?
I went to my booking on AA.com and there was no upgrade option shown.

No. Only from Y->J.
You have to use either miles or a SWU to go from J->F. It's probably not worth it on those flights unless you really have nothing better to do with your miles/SWUs.

I can find plenty to do with my miles. It's those pesky 500 mile upgrades that I can't get rid of.

so far after 5 years of doing this, I am glad to say 5/5 on the upgrades (from ATL)
of course now the problem is that she thinks this is the only way to travel
