Double Award Miles offer (targeted)
Got a double miles offer today from AA, appears to be targeted. Register by 2/25, good through 5/4. Registration before travel required and minimum spend of $1,200. Check your email. Going to London tonight so registered immediately.
Register by February 25, 2019
Spend $1,200 (excludes government-imposed taxes and fees)

Checked my email right before boarding at MIA... signed up literally 15 seconds before they called Group 1. That counts as “register prior to travel” right?
my offer had no minimum spend required but I was already about $4k in this year so far.

Got the offer. $400 minimum spend before it kicks in.
Was debating whether I aim to re-qualify for EXP or focus on getting to 1K this year, so good timing on AA's part.

No offer for me (EXP). I'm sitting on about 16K EQM for 2019, so I guess AA doesn't feel the need to provide any extra incentive to get on an airplane. Being based in DFW probably doesn't help my chances either.

My wife got it yesterday, targeted to UPS employees, (she is EXP for the first time)

I got it too. No min spend, but I have to fly PE or above to qualify.
I am Plat, 15K EQM right now.
Thinking out aloud: I have had over 20 PE or above flights in last 11-12 months on OW flights. Wonder if this is really 'targeted' in that sense.
