I have 41,000 miles (qualify for Platinum on segments). I didn't get an e-mail but I would imagine I'm not in the top anything.

The sun is 93 million miles (one-way). So if we randomly assume that each EXP flew 100,000 miles (recognizing that many make it due to bonus EQM's), that would be around 95,000 EXP members.

42 Hours in the sky (not even close)
4 Times flown around the world*
7 Destinations visited* (WAYYY off)
Boston Kathmandu Helsinki — Most visited destinations* (uhhh, no)
Auckland — Doha (9,034 miles) —Furthest flight taken
Airbus A319 — Type of aircraft most flown
November 15 — Earned EXP status
100,000 Bonus miles from elite status

My figures are a bit strange given 145k EQM.

Not keen on the FB/Twitter share feature at the footer, though. It shares a link which renders identically to the email, including AAdvantage tier and member number. Not really cool for AA to share publicly.
I saw a tweet on Twitter that said their social media team is aware of it and working on a solution.

This being said, I think it was a very cool AA initiative - the comments on Twitter have generally been very positive in the random times I've seen tweets over the last few days. No millenial whining.

Im in the top 17% of platinums based on miles flown.... And I've flown 65,000. Is their math off here, how many miles is that one trip you have left?
