EQD $15,825
EQM 103,413
EQS 28

According to Flightmemory:
Longest segment: (distance, redeemed miles so not included): SYD-DFW. (time, this is included): HKG-ORD
Shortest segment: (both distance and time) DFW-GRK, 135 miles

I've flown on 5 different oneworld carriers this year, all in premium cabins:
Finnair
British Airways
Cathay Pacific
Qantas
American

About 1/3 of the flights were on B737 aircraft.

I'm not sure that I'll be EXP again next year, but who knows. A change in work travel and/or some great deals could make that happen.

Wow, so a conversation with a coworker who travels even more than I do prompted me to take a look at my history. Out of 111 EQS this year I flew exactly 7 direct flights. Everything else had a connection someplace. Also, 55 of those segments were less than 500 miles. Talk about doing it the hard way...

Looks like I'm back down to Plat Pro now, likely only one more domestic trip left this year.

Oh man, that's close. Close enough that if it was me I'd find a OW partner premium econ flight to get me there.

Gold next year - the hard, and expensive way. Did about 8k miles on Alaska too, which I wish still counted toward AA status. If I can't get MCE as gold, will probably switch to SouthWest for most of my trips.

Currently sitting at a very frustrating:
EQMs: 99,720
EQDs: $12,600

Good news is that I have a few more jumps before the end of the year (I rarely fly direct so even the first segment of my SFO-DEN will seal the EP deal for me) and a nice flagship first / biz trip from SFO-JFK-CDG starting in Dec and returning in BA first from Prague in Jan... nice to get to split that one into 2019.

Haven’t been EP since it was Chairman’s Preferred Excited to be back in the fold.
