Is that really any different than DL, WN, or really any other airline? I see IT complaints all the time on just about every other airlines forum (we wont even get into Marriott right now).

We booked back in May for a Feb. flight JFK to DFW to Maui. Used our miles for first. I checked on line periodically and two days ago saw we were rerouted JFK to PHX to Maui, A route I did not want. Luckily our Dfw seats (last Two)were not sold and kind agent got us LGA to DFW to maui. Had I not checked that night, we would have been out of luck for that Flight from DFW to Maui |

- one fleet type - a max range of 143 to 175 seats, not 50 to 300 - and no assigned seats, so last-minute swaps can occur without inconveniencing passengers In one example of superior IT tech, DL has long been able to let you scan an 'old' boarding pass at the gate and spit out the new seat assignment and BP instantly. That's better than an AA gate agent calling up fifty people to give new boarding passes in a different aircraft config. |
