Baggage fees on AA award ticket UK to US

I have been trying to read the AA baggage policy for my situation but for the life of me I can't figure out what my fees are.

I redeemed miles for a MileSaver ticket from MAN - LAS in the main cabin but I cannot tell if this is considered a Basic Economy ticket which is pretty much where the problem lies.

The table reads:
$0/$60 ** for Transatlantic flights.
**$60 1st bag fee applies to Transatlantic Basic Economy tickets

So what is the charge for an economy award ticket - $0 or $60?

BTW, the passenger is not me - they have no status.

OK, thank you, then if I am correct, there is no fee for the first bag!
