DFW-PHL-DFW 757 Question
Hi - traveling to Philadelphia early July and 757 flight do not have wi-fi or power indicators. Can someone tell me if this is correct? Can do a 737 outbound but return flight that fit with our schedule are all 757's. Thanks.

This version of the 757 has WiFi. Power however is only available in J, most (all?) MCE seats and some random Y seats.

You will most likely be on an LAA 752 which means shared overhead IFE, power in J, MCE and a few Y seats and Panasonic IFE. The downside to Panasonic is that it is 19 bucks regardless of flight length and no subscriptions work.

Thank you. Seatguru shows 2 configs but seta maps on aa.com appear to the 16 seats in F & MCE from 9-18. I think we will need to do one of these as we don't want to take the last flight back and get home that late. So do or can you buy the Panasonic wifi in advance. The flight back from PBI was on new 737/738 forget exact model with out the individual IFE and no Gogo and a lot of us were caught off guard and FA was no help. By the time I figured out the VIASAT it wasn't worth buying,

Yikes we are headed to PHL, BOS, LGA & PBI between June & September on variety of aircraft.
I have a ton of prepaid Gogo passes that it seems like I will not be able to use similar to all my AA 500 segment upgrades!
We may jump ship and fly Delta to LGA since they are non-stop just for a change on their new aircraft.
Thanks.

Keep in mind that there are still a handful of LUS 75H’s left, those have regular domestic F recliners. This plane is found on PHX-Hawaii and some random PHX routes (DCA comes to mind).
This can all be found in the wiki above.

There haven’t been any NGBC 757s for a good while now. (2+ years) All the LAA have the BE fully lie flat seats.

Articles like this from last year make it sound like they would be phasing out the 10 remaining 75H's by the end of 2019 - obviously that's not the case. I'm booked on a 757 in early March from SAN to PHL, just trying to figure out what type of seats we'll have.
