I had a couple of Kimpton stays in July (earned 6x AA miles/$ under the IHG promo now that Kimpton is IHG), and it took nearly 4 weeks for those stays' bonus miles to post. I will probably call AAdvantage CS on 8/31 if nothing has posted yet from bookaahotels.com

I called AAdvantage last week. they said as my checkout date was August 9 my post date for the promotion should be Oct 4 (8 weeks). She noted in my account and said it was SOP to take this long and it happens all of the time. Well, it's Oct 9 and still no posting. I'll call again next week when I have time if it doesn't post. It really is ridiculous.

It was meant for us to use and get familiar with BookAA.com but ironically this experience was so frustrating, I'll be sure never to use it again.

My final leg cleared a few days ago. The miles credit all the way back to the date of my stay. Bizarre.They have to get better at this.

- Same here. Was connected to AA CS through EXP desk, was told that the hotel points should be credited back in Sept, everything was credited in about 3 days including the final bonus for the promo.
