DFW-MXP (although I would prefer LIN)
Come to think of it, AA's connections from DFW to Italy (with the exception of the seasonal DFW-FCO flight) are pretty terrible, with totally ridiculous layovers or multiple stops. While the eastbound routing is occasionally less onerous, the return options are mostly awful. (Think 18 hrs or more with multiple stops, or 29 hours with one stop.) LH sked is a lot better, but living in Dallas I prefer to keep my miles earned on OneWorld......especially if that one trip makes or breaks my status.

ORD-DEL
ORD-GRU
PHL-TLV (really ANYWHERE to TLV)
Did AA every fly ORD-IAD? That would be nice to have.

I'm surprised there is absolute zero presence in Scandinavia. HEL, OSL, CPH, ARN all seem like logical choices from PHL.

LUS served CPH, OSL and ARN under the current Parker management as seasonal routes on the 757 and 767. Not sure if we'll see those come back anytime soon, especially with the added competition of Iceland Air favorable routes to Northern Europe.

Now that AS has more than replaced all former AA service out of SAN, added sufficient Hawaii nonstops to allow me to earn MVPG on AS, I am quite pleased with my options - just waiting for AS to add a SAN-CUN nonstop
