Nerd-Bird AUS/SJC

It would be nice to reintroduce the AUS/SJC nerd-bird flight, or add an AUS/SFO flight.

DFW-MXP (although I would prefer LIN)

Come to think of it, AA's connections from DFW to Italy (with the exception of the seasonal DFW-FCO flight) are pretty terrible, with totally ridiculous layovers or multiple stops. While the eastbound routing is occasionally less onerous, the return options are mostly awful. (Think 18 hrs or more with multiple stops, or 29 hours with one stop.) LH sked is a lot better, but living in Dallas I prefer to keep my miles earned on OneWorld......especially if that one trip makes or breaks my status.

LAX-TPE and LAX-Anywhere in Europe. Connecting through Heathrow is fine, but I really dislike flying BA.

As long as we're at it, I would love someone to restore IAD-MXP that used to be operated by Alitalia. It is unpleasant to travel from DC to JFK (often tiny planes) and MIA is a bit out of the way (but at least good connections and a nice lounge).

I'm surprised there is absolute zero presence in Scandinavia. HEL, OSL, CPH, ARN all seem like logical choices from PHL.

LAX-TXL.
I know it will never happen, but I "wish AA started LAX-TXL"

LUS served CPH, OSL and ARN under the current Parker management as seasonal routes on the 757 and 767. Not sure if we'll see those come back anytime soon, especially with the added competition of Iceland Air favorable routes to Northern Europe.

i seem to recall taking it 1999-2000ish and it was operated by RJ145s. It’s only stuck in my mind because I due to a MX cancel I was pushed to UA on the return and that was a 777.

Now that AS has more than replaced all former AA service out of SAN, added sufficient Hawaii nonstops to allow me to earn MVPG on AS, I am quite pleased with my options - just waiting for AS to add a SAN-CUN nonstop
