My offer was for 2x RDM on all F/J flights between now and 9/22 if I take at least four flights in paid first or business class before 9/22. I've mostly been flying AS or UA, but I do have one transcon in paid J (well technically I'm in "I") on AA coming up so perhaps I'll add one of my hops down to LAX on AA (even though I hate the Eagle's nest and the associated bus) in order to hit the offer - I need to figure out if it's worth it for an additional ~15k mostly worthless AA miles or not.

And mine is 3x if I fly at least four flights. Apparently they've rolled out all the potential combinations!

Got 3x and no minimum. Only purchased one Paid J ticket in the past 12 months so I’m guessing they aren’t expecting me to Be able to do 4 flights by September.

I got the 3x offer about 2 months ago. Completed my 3rd flight in first class and got my bonus. My FLL-CLT-PHX (1 way) yielded just under 20,000 points. Just under 5,000 qualifying points too.

Got the 3x offer, never bought a single first ticket, ever. Company will only reimburse coach, so, while I rack up the 100+ segments a year, I'm lucky to break $8000 EQD, never got to 60k EQM last year. Yes it's near weekly 4 segments, origin -> hub -> destination and back, at least 2 of the segments are 30-40 minutes, it is not the way to gain award miles.

received 2x for any J/F flight. Also received the free Platinum Pro email last month. All of my AA account activity in the past 10 years has been award redemptions from credit cards. No paid flights. Although, I have plenty of Y, J, and F AA flights in the past decade that were credited to AS. I’m starting to wonder if they are able to connect my flights credited to AS with this latest round of promotions. I don’t have any other explanation for it.

Where is the page to enter promo codes on aa.com? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

3x after 4 flights. What counts as a flight? A segment; a complete one way; a round trip?

I've just been booking things as one way tickets lately since there really isn't any financial advantage to booking round trip anymore.

Notice the * after "flights"? Go to the T&Cs and see what it says.

I didn't get it this year, but here is what it said last year.

* AAdvantage® bonus mileage offer is only valid for travel on American Airlines marketed flights (operated by American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, Finnair or Japan Airlines). Flights marketed and/or operated by other codeshare partners are not eligible for this promotion. Offer applies to purchased published fares in First Class booked in F or A; Business Class fares booked in J, R, D or I. Triple miles will be calculated at 200% of the base award miles earned for the eligible flights (excludes award miles earned from elite bonuses). Bonus miles do not count toward elite status qualification or AAdvantage® Million MilerSM status. Travel flown prior to registration for this promotion is not eligible for the bonus mile offer.

I know this feeling. I've just been buying up to F where it makes sense. Usually about 50-100 bucks more expensive than stickers each direction, and no question whether or not you get the "upgrade"

Well worth it IMO.
