Agreed. The nice thing is that PE is going to be offered as an option too.

4 out of 5 of the posts you quoted, mine being one of them, were looking at dates from 2018 as those 4 posts were from over a year ago. It probably is showing 787 for this year, but not last year; hence the 757 discussion from March of 2018.

But as metallo mentioned above there are a few weeks this year (2019) at the start and end of the summer where DFW-ANC is in fact operated by a 757.

And I'm looking at flying on Oct. 2nd so its the 757. Still worth the 50k in biz versus 15k in economy?

I booked a trip on 6/7 to ANC from CLT through DFW in b/c. Will be my first time on a 787! Looking forward.

I think it's worth 35k miles to go from AA whY to a lie-flat J seat on a 6+ hour flight. Obviously, YMMV.

Booked it. Ended up getting 10k back with the credit card so. It was 45k versus 13.5k. Only a 31.5k more miles for lie flat biz. It may be my only opportunity ever to fly AAs domestic lie flat now that roomers are out there of AA doing away with their award charts.
