AA save the day :) (PBI security breach mess)

Disgraceful shambles at PBI this afternoon when a security alert closed Level 3 (ticketing & check-in).
  • NO information given out
  • CONFLICTING instructions from airport staff
  • SURLY and aggressive TSA

The boys and girls from AA stepped up to the plate and self-organised a makeshift check-in operation downstairs by the carousel. Saved the day for many (including me).

BIG thank you to the great AA ground staff at PBIA

Welcome to the USA
  • NO information given out-Staff more interested in doing nothing rather possibly put their job in jeopardy
  • CONFLICTING instructions from airport staff-No surprise there
  • SURLY and aggressive TSA-What do you expect from a bunch of people who were rejected for employment by the Department of Motor Vehicles?

I don't fly through the US that often, but tbh I can't think of a time where any TSA agent was aggressive towards me. Brisk and businesslike, sure. But the only people who've ever yelled at me Stateside are CBP agents and cops
