Seat Selection Issue
 

Hi, does anyone know why 3 flights I have just made reservations on for travel in May won't let me move seats at all? I am Oneworld Sapphire through being BA Silver and have been put in MCE seats I think but every other seat in the plane is blanked out. I would rather sit in different MCE seats if possible, anyone any ideas?

Yea, unfortunately it's a known glitch with BA bookings and BA status seat assignments...

Ok thanks. I had flights on AA in November booked the same way and it was OK then for me to move seats online. Guess I'll have to phone or Tweet them.

I'm having a similar issue today. I'm BA Gold/OWE and I cannot select "Preferred Seats" however it's letting me select MCE for free. In the past I could select either Preferred or MCE. Since there are no more MCE aisle seats on one of my flights, I went for preferred with no luck. So, MCE window selected for now until the glitch is fixed.

After you change FF number to AA- call AA.

If they say no HUCA
