Is AA now 100% lie-flat 1-2-1 J on widebodies and lie-flat on Intl 757s?

It seems like the last 763 with NGBC retired not long ago and that means the entire 767 fleet is 1-2-1 J, the 777 fleets are all 1-2-1 J, of course the 787s are 1-2-1 J, and the 330s are already 1-2-1 J, and on the intl 757 side, are the NGBC seats gone as well?

So the angled lie-flat seats are now officially history at AA?

For wide bodies, yes, although there might be a few angle lie flat 757s left.

Yes, as I reported on TPG Monday, the last AA widebody with angle-flat seats operated on Sunday as flight AA1236 from MIA-DFW. All widebodies have lie-flat seats now as you lay out above

I'm working to confirm this with AA. As of my last update, the following 752s aren't confirmed to have B/E Diamonds or the Zodiac 6850 recliner seats:
- N181AN
- N182AN
- N206UW
- N679AN
- N935UW
- N936UW
- N939UW
- N941UW

According to FlightAware, N181AN and N182AN are in the boneyard at Roswell, N935UW is in Goodyear, and N206UW landed in Mobile, Alabama (BFM) on Sunday. Are there facilities for upgrades there?

N206UW was in the LUS "East" configuration. It's possible it's getting converted to a "Hawaii" configuration now.

From what I've heard, AA is keeping 24 757s in the international configuration. Not sure if all 24 have the B/E seats now or if a few still have the angle-flat ones.

My guess would be that N206UW is getting the 12 domestic F seats.
