If you were sitting next to Doug Parker in F, what do you say/talk about?

There were numerous stories of him flying in coach with his family during the LUS days, including a trip to Rome.
I do recall one person posting a conversation they had with him on a flight about the FF program (then it was DM) and why LUS didn't offer a product like UA E+. The response from Doug was something along the lines of how it's unprofitable in the long run and <he predicted> UA would dump E+ within a year.

If I were in Doug's position, I would certainly be flying at least business class, probably mostly with competitors, to sample the offering - since there is no way you can get a realistic representation of what your own airline's service is like if you are the CEO. (I say this from experience - all of my employees at my previous company knew me by name and face and went out of their way to get me the best possible service, even when I repeatedly insisted that paying customers came first).
If I needed to go somewhere with urgency for business related reasons, I don't see why flying private would be an issue.

I would ask him if he would award me CK status for just one year based on 25 years of loyalty to US Airways and AA having flown more than 4 million miles, maintaining EXP status for much of that time. There should be some benefit for many years of loyalty. It seems that the current loyalty program is all about “what have you done for me lately and have you spent $80K here in the past year......” Those of us who stayed during the bad days following 9/11, throughout the Great Recession and many other downturns in the economy are left feeling like our past loyalty has been taken for granted.

I was sitting in First on a Domestic Delta Airlines flight 3 or 4 years ago at ATL and the then-CEO Richard Anderson came onboard for a bit during boarding.
NObody mentioned anything to him.
He didn’t fly with us but was onboard for a 7-8 minutes talking to employees.
