Tip for Using Foreign CC with American Airlines
 

If you found a great deal for a multicity flight but AA.com won't accept your Foreign CC or Foreign PayPal, call the AA office in your country and get them to email you a credit card authorization form. They may not be able to get you the exact rate you found online, but they may get close... If you've tried to pay online, and didn't officially register, they can find your desired itinerary by searching for one of your flight numbers on AA.
