Standby/SDFC on MilesAAver Ticket?
Having read the Wikipost, it's not entirely clear to me whether I can standby/SDFC to a flight that has only AAnytime award availability (without extra miles being taken, of course). If so, is E inventory relevant? And what is E inventory, since this fare bucket isn't listed among the miles-earning buckets on the AA website. How often is it available?
